1. Introduction
Takatso ("we," "us," or "our") built the URCSA Hosanna app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
2. Information Collection and Use
Sharing & HD Content Generation
The app allows you to generate high-definition images of specific hymn verses to share with others. This process happens entirely on your device using local rendering. We do not collect, view, or store these generated images on our servers. Access to local storage is used only to save these images for your use.
Feedback and Support Data
If you choose to use our in-app feedback feature (to submit bug reports or feature requests), the text you voluntarily enter is sent to our secure cloud database (Supabase). This information is used strictly to improve the app and fix issues. No other personal identifiers are attached to this submission.
Offline Library Storage
To ensure your worship is uninterrupted, the app allows you to download the entire URCSA hymn library for offline use. This content, along with your favorites and search history, is stored locally in your device's secure storage and is not synced to any cloud profile.
Voluntary Contributions & Donations
The app offers an optional feature to support development through voluntary donations. These contributions are processed entirely by our third-party payment partner (Paystack). We do not collect or store any financial information, such as credit card numbers or billing addresses, on our servers.

4. Security
We value your trust in providing us with your feedback and interacting with the app, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. The app communicates with our database over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
