1. Introduction
Takatso ("we," "us," or "our") built the URCSA Hosanna app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
2. Information Collection and Use
Camera Permission
The app requests access to your device's camera to facilitate the "Visual Capture" and sharing features. We do not secretly record, collect, or upload your photos to our servers. Any images captured or generated remain locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share them through your own third-party apps (like WhatsApp or Email).
Feedback and Support Data
If you choose to use our in-app feedback feature (to submit bug reports or feature requests), the text you enter is sent to our secure cloud database (Supabase). This information is used strictly to improve the app and fix issues.
Local Storage
The app stores your favorite hymns and recent search history locally on your device to enable the Offline Mode. We do not track or collect your personal reading habits remotely.

4. Security
We value your trust in providing us with your feedback and interacting with the app, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. The app communicates with our database over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
