Customer Terms & Conditions
1. Account Security
Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify StreetDash immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Pricing & Payment
All orders are final once confirmed. By placing an order, you authorize StreetDash to charge your provided payment method for the total amount, which includes the item price, delivery fees, service fees, and any optional tips.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel an order for a full refund only if the merchant has not yet started preparing it. Once preparation has begun, no refunds will be issued unless the order is missed or significantly incorrect as determined by StreetDash support.
4. Delivery Protocol
Our drivers will attempt to contact you upon arrival. If you are unreachable, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes before leaving the order at a safe location (if possible) or disposing of it. No refunds will be provided for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
5. Limitation of Liability
StreetDash acts as a technology facilitator connecting you with independent merchants and drivers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the food provided by merchants, nor for the actions or omissions of independent delivery drivers.
